CNC Machining

Providing prototype and subcontract CNC machining production using precision CNC machining centres, we perform a range of machining services in a variety of materials from plastics and composites to exotic metals and alloys; our skilled technicians undertake complex 3D surfacing projects, prototype and batch productions from one offs to 24,000 parts with larger orders on application.

RENND works with individuals, start-ups, ventures and established businesses worldwide, providing an advanced and experienced prototype manufacturing framework on which many astonishing projects have been realised.

Our clients include Medical & Scientific research agencies to Military, Civilian and consumer enterprises. Prototypes developed in our studios have led to products available globally whilst other highly confidential projects will likely never be seen in the public sector.

Efficient CNC machining strategies are employed to streamline manufacturing of production components. Supported by leading tool manufacturers, our applications engineers utilize tooling to their maximum capacity ensuring cost savings are passed directly onto our clients.

We employ Jergens ball-lock equipped fixturing systems allowing for rapid and repeatable component setups, reducing down time and increasing process reliability. Secure long-term storage of fixtures is available for projects with cyclical production requirements and a range of jig materials can be used to fit client budgets.

On longer production runs and manufacturing projects we’re able to offer tailored CNC machining and production packages ranging from 50-24,000 parts with longer contracts available on agreement. Furthermore, we offer our capacity to ease high workloads on other manufacturing firms at competitive rates subject to requirements.

Prototype machining services by RENND offer clients the ability to have one-off components precision machined out of materials often relegated to high volume manufacturing. We offer managed CNC machining and product proving services delivering a range of tailored design, material and production advice.
